Sprung by particles on all sides, I am modified, modulated, changed. So who are the particles. 23 years, met thousands, talked with hundreds, share a relationship with few. Each and every person, a different entity, a specific persona flavor is attached with that person. So what if I take some quantity from each and every person and add it to mine. Result, who knows, may be it will stink, may be it will smell good. All depends on the individual particles. Any ways the result is a mixed flour. This happens with everyone. Wait a minute...what about me..am I stinking now or not...thats your question...Hmm...
Let me explain the characters which have been a big part of my life in some way or other. If indeed I have some one else characteristics persisting on me, it could be only from these characters.
This guy is with me, sorry I am with him for the past 23 years. Very stubborn. Very adamant. Very strict. Wait wait...I am not talking about my school head master. Very caring, but very confusing. Many times I failed reading this person's mind and this is true even the other way. Never in the past 23 years that I have felt that I have a 30 year age difference with him. If I need to talk about his effect on me, its because of him that I am self confident. But its again because of him that I am stubborn. Always friends.
I bet this lady would have beat me atleast 50-60 times, in the past so many years. Many times I have been very careful not to do any mistake which could trigger her to scream at me. But again its because of this lady that I am sitting here typing this. The sense of vibrancy in my mind, the guts, the kinda of interest towards life with a tinge of arrogance added to it, all these are just because of her. Endless arguments, endless shouts, endless screaming have always been a big part, in our relationship. But still at the end of the day, it all goes as if nothin ever has happened like that. Many times a friend but always MOM.
This kid is 80 year old, or atleast its jus in that way she behaves with everyone in my house. If you want a 10 year old girl, she can be that to you, if you want a grandma she can act like that, if you want a frankestien, she can be that too. In all, in the past 15 years there has been many golden moments like, this one time she fell on me with such a force purposefully, that i went and hit myself in my head on the rim of the window, jus to bleed like hell, not to forget this one time, when she was lying on her stomach, I pulled the pillow from her such that she hit herself to the floor and broke her front tooth. there are many more moments, of all you guys my mom is the luckiest to watch all of them "LIVE".But still, she is the cutest. If at all I have some patience ( I doubt whether I have any), it could be just because of her. Always cutest and sweetest.
This guy is a very close friend of mine. You can even satisfy "yama" and escape from his death rope but not by answering this guy's arguments. Anything and everythin, he will find some bad thing and will point it out. But again he is like this tissue paper, I can scold him, scowl at him, talk rubbish about him in his face, the next moment will be as if nothin like that has happened at all. Everything neatly rubbed off, folded, packed and sent to the dustbin. The thing I learnt from him was doing things to its perfection. May be you can call it professionalism. The art of finding mistakes is also the one I learnt from him. But of all, the sense of what a good friendship is, I could feel that because of this guy. Friendship.
I know him for few years, but the impact he had on me, on my way of thinking, my acts, my habits were immense. A very serious person, but covers that with a thick sheet of humor, no one could that easily see his serious nature. Sometime many get confused with it, always feels as if life is a big tide and he should always be in a combat mode to survive that. He is again a very good, close friend of mine, but we always move with some sort of hidden agenda. I could say a very senstive relationship. the art of distinctiveness, thats what I learnt from him. you could see him finding innovative ideas to stand distinct even among his close knit group. Every one cant be perfectly good person, but a person should always try to move closer to being a good person. Every act, every thinking should be done such a way that your scale always moves towards good rather than bad. Its this part of him which I admire. Forget not, his ability to guide you like a brother even in your difficult situations. An implict but hidden brotherhood.
She is innocent but not ignorant, kind, smart at the same time doesnt know how to speak harsh. I knew her for 13 years, There has been many tides, storms, in our relationship, but finally it would land in peace. Even after a harsh talk I couldnt see any sort of bad feeling against her and vice versa. Talks a lot, but again thats true with me too. The only thing i feel odd about her was she says "ok" more number of times than it requires in a conversation. Innocent and a very close friend.
This girl is weakest in physique but strongest with respect to mind. How hard be her situation, I bet she wont break up. Again I know this girl for more than 13 years. A very close friend, we have talked things which any ordinary friends would have dared to discuss, that too in front of our parents. the best part is both of our parents acknowledges and supported our friendship. When there were big troubles, like this one. SHe was in a confusion, regarding the type of relationship she share with me. She doesnt know whether she is a just a friend to me or our relationship is more than that. But I couldnt feel the exact pulse of her. Like a dumb ass, I made her feel pissed off by giving a "Happy birthday-dear sister" card to her, on her b'day. Poor girl, she went mad, on her birthday. I saw tears in the corner of eyes. Those moments were really bad. Its true that I regarded her as a close friend but not as a lover. But its necessary that I should say that to her in a correct way and I made a mistake. I shouldnt have made that outright that too on a special day. But those events indeed bonded our relationship in a very nice way. Always a very close friend.
If there had been some other person in his place, he would have gone deaf by now. I could say, its this person with whom I would have talked the max. In general I dont interact much at home. But outside home its far different. I know him for more than 8 years, but a nice friendship developed between us only during 3rd and 4th year. If any of you guys had a chat with him for few mts, you would get highly motivated to study and work hard. If at all I have done somethin good in my acads, he has a share in that success. A Friend and an advisor.
I know this guy for 6 years now. Very soft spoken. kind, highly patient and a smart friend. The thing I admire in him is his very high temperament and his simplicity. With the amount of money, wealth around him, with a highly wealthy family background, Not even once I have seen him acting proud. Always a friend.
There are still many more characters, but the above said characters are the one who could have affected be in a very large way.

Some useless Indians - II
Here I am back with many more job oppurtunities. Many people doesnt like working under political parties, for those guys, you may love to work for entertainment industry I suppose.
All political parties like shivsena, PMK of Ramdas, and some political affliated organisations like Hindu munnani, bajrang dal are planning to start a new research committee. Beware, you should know proper english, understand the nuances of native languages. This research committee consists of technical experts who should go around looking for all cinema shootings, the movie names etc etc. If they find even one single event thats going to harm the "Indian heritage" they should come and report it immediately. Some tips -
the word "SEX" is always objectionable
"If the movie criticizes thousands of animals killed in the name of sacrifice in hindu temples"
"If they show any political drama"
"If they talk about any hindu temple, mosque, muslim-hindu love, those are strongly
objectionable"
And on the way to report them, if you see any rape or murder or any one burnt alive, please dont report them, it may harm your job prospects coz that could be done by your employers themselves.
Then there are many women's organisations especially south indian based, who will be willing to recruit you, and job seekers, you would love to work under them. I can give you some examples.
"few months back, when the film "Boys" was released in tamilnadu, all women's organisations jumped to their feets to protest against the vulgarity, two-track words, and male-nudity in that film. You know how they protested, they sat inside the movie theatres, and refused to go out. Result..?...about 40 women's organisation members where watching the "boys" movie for continous 3 shows. Guyz, Free movies ..complete uncensored, with digital sound system, you wont get it anywhere"
"then here is one latest hungama, when the movie "NEW" was released, these organisations protested in a very different way, they went inside the theatre with packs of eggs. They threatened the movie owner that, they would throw eggs, if they didnt stop screening the movie. Result..?..the movie was screened continously, and the members were constantly threatening that they will throw eggs. May be if you have the ability to sneak in with a hotplate, you can make some good omlettes."
OK lets get back to our politics,
This job requires english skills. the finance minister Chidambaram is trying to form a committee consisting of english experts, who could write his budget without any mistakes, who could write his budget in such a way that, he seems to give many stuffs, concessions, many new policies to the people, but actually he wouldn't. De-Lineated, deciphered, deflective and clean writing skills are required.
Then Manmohan ji requires an assistant, to constanly keep him informed about the number of missing MP's and ministers in his ruling coalition. the employee's other duties involve, reminding manmohan ji periodically that he is the PM of this country, to keep his database updated about the number of murders, rapes his ministers and MP's will be doing. He may require more than 1 employee coz, he will give independant charge to one person who will be handling bihar.
I am concluding this blog here, sorry even though I can hint you guyz about many more oppurtunities, I don have much time now. Jus now I got a emergency email from sitaram yechury sir. They were on their way to do air roko, but it happened to be that, they are facing a technical snag. It seems, after asking the pilot to stop the airplane, the pilot stopped the horizontal movement, but now it seems the plane is running vertically and they cant find the pilot who is driving it downwards.

Indian subcontinent is submerging into the ocean not because of her heavy land mass but due to the one billion people, pulling the Indian penisular tail downwards. About 10-15% of the population is unemployed, but you know what India has plenty of oppurtunities and of course they can find jobs. Here are some openings.
Of course Bush is screwed here for transfering jobs via call centers, but Indian political parties are opening call centers of their own, but in a very different way, if its election time, pick up the phone and there it is "Mein Atal bihari vajpayee bol raha....." switch on your mobile, and there it is "garibi hatao CONGRESS BACHAO" and "desh hatao Sonia bachao", so any one ther who want a job knock any party office and you can get this job, who knows they may give you some concession for making free phone calls too...! May be in future PM Manmohan ji may need to satisfy one particular coalition member, and he may soon open a new portfolio "Political Campaign Communication Minister", may be you can make Laloo the minister for it, but beware that, in the office you could be given chai only in khullads and you have to sit only over khadi bedsheets.
Then of course you can be part of this various Andolans, any political rally, you jus need to know the leader of that party who is coming over ther, _______ ki jeh and thats it, you will be given one day food and some money and travel expenses taken care off...! Dont worry, even if there is no election time, you can be a part of such andolans, for further details you have to contact communist parties, they are very experienced in such activities. They know how to stop running trains, trams, and may be one day they will do air roko who knows..! May be Keanu reeves could have stopped the bus very early if he had harkishen singh surjeet ji near him instead of matha ji. Sandra bullock.
Now recently, opposition leaders of tamilnadu, have started a new parallel legislative assembly, the only difference that, there will be no ruling party in that parallel assembly, opposition will impose charges, and now they are searching for some one to come and reply for that. May be you can go and participate and give them replies, so that it could become an engaging debate in marina beach. People say they dont find any entertainment in beaches, may be this could improve tourism. But applying for this job is quite difficult for readers like us. If you are a male, you should have done atleast 2-3 rapes, 2-3 murders, atleast one pending FIR on you, you should compulsorily be on bail, if you are a female, I guess rape is not required, but some murders, may be you can be a sanyasin; that could help and definielty you should know to shout from your throat. And if you want any recomendations or may be future consultations, contact shibu soren ji, he might help you.

Many would have read about the film "Water", its controversies with the Hindu culture and stuff like that. That film making had pretty much come to a virtual halt. Then now another film maker Bandrayar has taken a movie about the same issue and the movie is named White Rainbow. After reading the story line of that movie I did a small Googling to get this link.

Its time that we acknowledge the wake up calls
82 killed and many more still struggling to survive. Thats the current state of so many kids at Kumbakonam. Log on to any news portal you can see the top headlines, buy any newspaper, the headlines gets sprung with this horrible deaths. And again, as a responsible media, they will put those all those burnt child in the front page and increase their circulation. Why cant the media avoid this thing ? This is not about the media covering the issue in the front page, but its about the photographs that they flash for pages. And even then this issue would be in circulation for another 3 days and thats it. For a week everyone will talk about the various violations thats taking place in school constructions, past fires, etc etc but then this issue will be buried in a grave along with these tiny tots.
The Indian media will shout from its deep throat, gut and intestine when somebody stiffles its freedom. It will talk about all IPC sects and constituitional rules, regulations. But at no point of time the Indian media had tried to uphold the moral ethics thats been invested on it by this democratic country. Even in Godhra carnage, the whole issue was given a dimesion of human tragedy only by the world media and not by the Indian media. Of course competitiveness should exist among various portals and media agency, nothing wrong in this. But atleast in case of such devastating human tragedies, media should let go the option of being a business entity.
Now deviating from the media responsibility, lets see how a government can be lively here. If I consider myself, I havent been in a bureucratic atmosphere. So I cant sense the pulse of a government action. But as a citizen with a basic knowledge about democratic set up, I prefer some basic changes in the organisational arrangement and behaviour.
Lets consider the problems that resulted in this tragedy,
* With more than 700 students studying in this school, the school still had thatched roofs which very much violates the basic rules for constructing a school, that too in a lively neighbourhood
* If noticed many died just because they couldnt find a proper exit. And the hallways were really too small. Forget the issue of providing well lit and airy atmosphere in a school. The government in the past and present cant even take life safety standards in such public buildings
*And again, fire men came, fire engines came, but before that more than 50 children died. There exist a basic rule that for every Specifc square kilometers, there should exist a goverment health care center, fire station, a police station, a basic toilet. The square kilometers increases or decreases based on the population density in that region. I dont know how many people in India know this. This rule exists in the very basic clause of creating a city/town/village plan.
Only a few months back, there occured a marriage hall fire resulting in many deaths. Reason, No fire safety standards maintained in marriage halls. The government immediately sprung into action, to check all the marriage halls for safety standards. Now its a school. So its now very clear that, basic fire safety standards, forget fire proof walls, forget big hall ways, forget concrete roofs, but you cant even find a single working fire extinguisher in any of the public buildings. And moreover such fire will create a bigger havoc in places like school and hospitals where the victims belong to a weaker part of the society.
In case of deaths caused by natural disasters like flood, forest fire, earthquake, the government or the people cant be blamed for the cause of the accident or the calamity , but can be blamed for the ineffective time and resource managment after the calamity which when rectified could save many more deaths. But deaths caused by such man made constructions can and should be rectified or else a young, vibrant and developed India is a distant dream.
The immediate answer or the reason everyone will say is lack of money. Yes, may be lack of money and resources is a very big reason. But I would say effective managment of the given resources would indeed provide atleast a partial rectification to the present problems.
Even though the ideas thats showing up in my mind needs many basic criterias like honesty, discipline and sincerity which of course is non existent in most of the Indian community atleast with respect to government and private setups which are a part of the life saving entities, I would say such norms and charcters should be sown deep into atleast the current young generation.
If everyone can recall the speech given by our president Dr. Kalam in the andhra assembly a week back, he specified something which is simple but very important. If you need to create a man who is free from intentions of corruption, bribery and dishonesty, it can be done only by 3 people in this world. First its that guy'z mother, second his father and third is his primary school teacher. Even though in the first glance this statement may be termed silly, but the gravity of this quote is far behind what a normal person can imagine.
Regarding the effctive use of resources in our society, lets table down one by one the expenses which we make, which is far beyond what a developing, indeed undeveloped country ( a country with more than 20% of the population suffering from malnutrition and lack of even a days meal, you can call it a developing country) like India shouldnt afford at all.
* Election expenses of more than 10000-20000 crores spent for one cycle of loksabha, rajyasabha and state assmebly elections put together. A simple clause in the constitution saying that the next govt should be installed in 6 mths of the de-seating of the first government, results in additional expenditures. Simultaneous elections for state and center atleast to the maximum number of states at the same point of time would indeed save lacs of tax payers money.
[ of course the political parties wont accept this because, they dont want to have the reflections of the state government's work on the centr or vice versa. Moreover, they cant mobilise resoucres both for many states and central elections at the same time- but whose money are they wasting for their convenience]
* Forget the money that election commission spends, consider the money that the political party and the candiadate spends during this 2-3 months campaign.
According to the magazine India Today, 115.62 billion rupees (approx USD 2.6 billion) were expected to have been spent in campaigning for the elections by all political parties combined. Most of the money was spent on the people involved in the election. The Election Commission limited poll expenses to Rs. 2.5 million (USD 57,000 approx.) per constituency. Thus, the actual spending is expected to have been approximately 10 times the limit. About 6.5 billion rupees (approx. USD 150 million) are estimated to have been spent on mobilising 150,000 vehicles. About a billion rupees are estimated to have been spent on helicopters and aircrafts
[ Guyz now keep this mind, the election commission has provided a limit and has given a cap on spendings. But till now not even once that an election commission, after the elections has investigated the extra indisciplined funding by the newly elected MLA's or MP's and disqualified any one of them. As soon as the election is done, the EC thinks as if its job is over and now it can put its arms in the back and hang on a easy chair.]
* Now lets concentrate on a more expensive issue, the amount of money that is spent for the wlelfare of a minitser, bureaucrat and other govt officials. A minister by law is a govt servant who works for the people. He is paid a salary by the goverment from the tax payers money. The concept of he getting compensated for the fuel expense for his car may be acceptable provided he uses his car for official purposes. But the concept of government paying his electricity bill ? I dont understand this. Why the hell the govt should provided him an excellent bungalow in the heart of each capital he being a state or central minister and pay his AC, refrigerator, blender and lighting bills ? Its a previlage for a people's representative. Wow, thats nice to hear. Then comes his travel expenses, land line telephone, mobile expenses, which guys, runs in lacs. A month back a newspaper carried out the report of a former ministare of state having pending electricity bills running into 12 lacs, mobile billing running into 3 lacs and food bills running into 2-3 lacs.
Lets cut short this talk. Such wasting of resources is strongly objectionable in a country which still has starvation deaths. The communist are always for the poor, thats what they always say, and then they have starvation deaths running into the bengali land except for the fact that we have tonnes of food stored in our food department which can feed our 1 billion people for 12 consecutive months.
We have resources, what we need is effective management.
* We dont need to build big hall ways, but atleast provide a big exit.
* We dont need to provide fire stations, hospitals for every few square kilometers, but atleast for every village/ town, when we build these public institutions like school, college, hospital, fire station, police station, we should build them close together.
* I am not saying that the political parties shouldnt spend on campaigning. But what I am saying is use that money is a limited way, and spend the remaining money on such good deeds. Politicians, you can also earn votes but doing such things.
* In US, I can point out a mistake, these guys they waste resources to its worst. In all univ hallways, you can see all the lights glowing at morning 3 AM. In all food courts, food which are just hours old, are just thrown away into the garbage. Yes, US can do that, they have billions with them. But guys, we cant afford such things, please dont waste resources atleast when you are in India.
This is not only a responsibility that the politicians should follow, but every Indian citizen. Effective management of existing resources not only save some material for future generations, but also help save the life of the future generations.

Guilty..Convicted..Suffered..but hanged.? Part 2
When mankind is so strong willing in eradicating crimes, it should set right its basics first. There shoudnt be one law that advocates crimes that is done legally and the same law which prosecutes people who doesnt obey this man made law. Simple task, if in the world you want the top most wanted murderers, we can point straight towards the world's mots powerful president and his indignified defence minister. The whole man kind shuts its eyes when they strip and kill iraqis. hey hey stop...! you know what, they are super powers. So man kind reserves the right to kill with guys who have power.
Co'mon guys, if you are one among the people who are standing in your toes to have this one rapist hanged, with whom you havent had a word, whom you havent seen face to face, whose environments and surroundings you havent cared to change, its time you find a scale to judge the badness of a crime. In all prisons all over the world, you have rapists, you have political-ethnic murderers, child abusers. I really dont know what scale you use to kill one guy but to leave the rest. I accept that man has evolved to have and use the sixth sense, but I am still speculative that whether that sixth sense has evolved fit enough to judge whether a man should live in this earth or not. When the same law says that a man/woman doesnt have even rights to take his/ her own life, how in the hell does the same law has the rights to do that.
Rapist, murder, child abuse, paedophiles, serial killings etc etc all are the most worst crimes. But that doesnt mean that mankind has the rights to takeover the killing job from nature. Because directly or indirectly you, me and everyone around this killer is also involved in this crime. That doesnt mean that you set him free. Convict him, give him the longest days in earth in prison, but along with this find a way to judge his change during this process. At the same time, make justice universal. That day is still not nearer. But mankind will get the rights to kill, only when it provides an uniform justice, all thru' the world , only when when mankind develops a better sixth sense which finds a way to differentiate a child abuser from a teenage rapist.
Many argue that, the guy is a murderer, the rights which I am talking about here, applies to him as well, and hence even he doesnt have the rights to kill. Hey guyz..! Thats why we call this murderer a convict, we prosecuted him, we quarantined him. Keep him quarantined. But When you hang him, you are taking his place!
I have tried my best to position my views here. I dont have any intentions to be inconsiderate to the victim in this case. Just a humble request that, show the same consideration you showered on the victim years back, to this murderer except that he is now the victim and we are the murderers.

Guilty..Convicted..Suffered..but hanged.? Part 1
Let me hit straight here. There has been lot of talk in the past week about hanging the infamous Indian Dhananjoy Chatterjee. People ranging from the Chiefminister Budhadev, his family, all celebrities and housewives says he should be hanged. All women's rights organisation make a big hue and cry requesting president Kalam to execute him. God save India from these wretched blood mongers. So the outright question is, whether I am supporting a rapist and murderer. Any human being with basic sense of humanity wont accept bloody murder and rape.
I guess I still have them within me.
I amnt here to advocate for this one guy. But in general regarding death sentence. Death sentence should not be considered a punishment not because of the nationalistic attitude that India is country which lives for humaness, not because this country allowed a fair trial to people who killed leaders like Gandhi and Indira, not because that humanrights activist's argument that judgement is not always 100% correct. But because of various other reasons which involves not the guilty alone but numerous other people who hide behind him/her. Those who hide and live in this "correct" society using an illusion.
First of all, the whole system of law is man made. Practically speaking, no law is written by the so called god, even if there is we are not using them. No where in this earth a species kills its own except for this wretched human being which itself defies nature. If a wrong is done my a single human, then people surrounding him, people who brought him have equal responsibility and so is the society, and the nation. But when it comes under law, the single guy is hand picked and hanged. I am not arguing that, so any punishment given by the court of law is not valid, but its simple that the law created by the human being doesnt have the right to kill him.
Now considering the court of law all over the world, all laws talks about punishment in terms of years in a small dungeon, quarantine, of course with loads of work or hang him. No court of law takes into account the emotional turmoil that the man faces during these times. This guy who is now standing under the rope of law, has done a mistake, of course a heinous crime, which is accepted, but that doesnt mean that humans can takeover the job of nature.
So What's the solution..?

Always the future is a puzzle which we try to know by solving the present. How fast you solve, depends on your past. But before you solve the first puzzle, there waits the next puzzle screaming at you..Surprise..!
When a man does a mistake do often repeats the same thing again and again, people around us dont bother about it. But when a man who is good in many ways, did the same mistake, not only the surrounding takes a immediate note of it, but sneers at him....Surprise..!
Many believe in god, Many sings praises of god for whole of their life, but when someone says I talked with god yesterday, he is dubbed crazy or a liar, by this "many"...Surprise..!
God lives everywhere in the earth...but U know what..man too lives everywhere..not that I am saying man is also god but this man is still searching for holes, crevices, burrows, where he can live and multiply..hope god gets some place not to multiply but just to live..Not a Surprise if god comes one day and ask us to get out..!

There are still n number of confusions in a human's mind, but may be this is the numbers that Scorpion has in his mind. Confusions can lead into some conclusions, of course thats their purpose, but to get that output you need some other inputs other than confusion like your sixth sense, to correlate and proper knoweldge. What If the person is deprived of any one of this thing, may be he can reach a conclusion, but then arises a confusion that
"Whether that conclusion is correct or wrong"...:))
Actually I really donno, whether to post this blog or not to..! ...;)
May be confusion is a man's birthright and his mind, body and soul doesnt like to part with it..!
